The "Everyday" breastplate in oiled leather is a deep three-point breastplate with side attachment to the saddle. A soft withers pad prevents chafing on the mane. Double elastic inserts along the shoulder provide sufficient freedom of movement for the horse without letting the saddle slip backwards. A special feature is that the breast girth strap is adjusted at the front of the chest, so that there is no need to fiddle around under the horse's belly. The lower girth attachment is achieved by means of a small leather loop or removable carabiner. This way you have fewer loops and buckles, which significantly reduces the risk of threading. The buckles have soft leather pads. What is oiled leather? Oiled leather is vegetable tanned and has its natural grain. It is treated with high quality oils during the tanning process, making it very soft as well as water and dirt repellent. This keeps the leather supple, hard-wearing and easy-care for a long time.
Remove dirt with a cloth and treat with suitable care products as required. If stored for a longer period of time, clean thoroughly and store in a bag to protect from sunlight, dust and moisture.
