FAQ – Overview

As a member of the Horze Club, you collect points with every purchase on our website or in Horze stores. For every £1 you spend, you receive one point. For example, if you buy a pair of breeches for £50, your account will be credited with 50 points. You can redeem these points for rewards worth over £200!
Additionally, the number of points you collect within 12 months determines your club level. You can check your current points balance in your Horze Club Wallet. In the wallet, you will find two types of points: status points, which define your Horze Club level, and points that you can spend on rewards.
Your status points do not decrease when you redeem your points for a reward. Your club level remains valid for 12 months, regardless of how many points you have redeemed.

The Horze Club offers four different levels that give you increasing benefits as you accumulate more points:

Blue level: As a new member, you automatically start at the blue level and receive a £10 birthday voucher every year.
Orange level: From 250 points, you get an additional 7% discount* on every order.
Silver level: From 500 points, you receive a 9% discount* on every order.
Gold level: From 1,000 points, you enjoy an 11% permanent* discount on every order.
*Excludes certain products (see product pages for details).

Participating in the Horze Club is easy: Create a customer account and activate the Horze Club checkbox during registration. It is important to provide your date of birth. If you already have a customer account, go to your account, select "Horze Club," and register there.

If you already have an account, you can click on the "Horze Club" section in your account to access your Horze Club area. There you can activate your Horze Club account, enter your date of birth, and sign up.
Note: To open your Club Wallet, you must join the Horze Club by clicking the sign-up button and providing your date of birth.

There are four club levels: Blue, Orange, Silver, and Gold. Your club level is based on the total number of points you have collected within a 12-month period. The more points you collect within a year, the higher your club level will be.
Blue level: 0 to 249 points
Orange level: from 250 points
Silver level: from 500 points
Gold level: from 1,000 points
Your points accumulate with every purchase or successfully completed activity and are reset 12 months after you reach a level.
But don’t worry: The level you reach within a year will remain valid for the following 12 months.

Online: You receive 1 point for every £1 spent in our online store.
In-store: You also receive 1 point for every £1 spent in Horze stores. Just show your barcode at the checkout to collect points.
Actions: You can collect additional points through various activities and promotions in our online store. For more details, check our Horze Club info page.

To check your current club level, log in to your customer account and click on "Open Club Wallet." The Club Wallet is located on the left side of your account page. When you register, you are automatically assigned to the blue level.
Your current points balance is displayed in the Club Wallet. You will also see your soon-to-expire points and points that are in the waiting period. Your points can remain in the "pending" status for up to 45 days before they are credited to your account.
Points:
You can redeem your collected points for rewards in our online store. The number of points can vary depending on whether you collect new points through activities or redeem them for rewards.
Please note that points expire 12 months after they are credited. Make sure to redeem them in time!
You can check your current points balance in your Club Wallet at any time—either on our Horze Club info page or on your account page. The wallet can be found on the left or bottom of these pages.

Club levels:
Your club level is determined by the total number of points you collect within a year. The more points you collect, the higher your club level will be.

FAQ – Points & Discounts

You can only redeem your points online. Points cannot be redeemed in our Horze stores.

Here’s how it works:

1. Open your Horze Club Wallet.
2. When you open the menu, click on the “Rewards” tab.
3. Under this menu item, click on the right field “Redeem”.
4. Select your Horze Club reward and click “Redeem” for your chosen goodie.
5. A confirmation prompt will appear. Once you confirm, you will receive your personal code for your reward. Important: Once you have received your code, you cannot change your mind. The points will be deducted and cannot be refunded.
6. Copy your code.
7. You can redeem the code during your next order in the shopping cart under “Coupon or Gift Code”.
8. After redeeming your code, your reward will appear in a separate field below your shopping cart. Now you can choose the size and color of your choice.
9. Add your Horze Club reward to your shopping cart by clicking “Add Gift”.
10. Complete your order – your reward is now on its way to you!

Note: You can only redeem your voucher if there is at least one other item in your shopping cart. An order that only contains your Horze Club goodie is not possible. Your order must have a minimum order value of £20 .
The discount is automatically deducted from your shopping cart once you are logged into your customer account. Please note that "Best Price" items (marked with a red thumbs-up on the product page) are excluded from the discount. Details about excluded products can be found on the respective product pages.
The points from your last order will be credited to your account after the return period has expired. Until then, they will be in a "pending" status for 45 days or shown as "pending points". Once this period is over, you will see the points in your Horze Club Wallet and can use them immediately.
No, you can only redeem your reward code if you already have another item in your shopping cart. Additionally, your order must reach a minimum order value of £20 to be completed. Simply redeem your reward code with your next order. This ensures that your reward can be processed along with your order. Don’t worry: Your reward code will always be available in your wallet during its validity period. You can also redeem multiple reward codes at the same time. See “Where can I find my reward code if I haven’t redeemed it yet?”.
You can find your reward code in your Club Wallet under the "Rewards" > "Redeem" tab. Codes that have not yet been redeemed are displayed at the bottom of the page.
After redeeming your points and receiving your reward code, add the item to your shopping cart. Redeem your reward code in the "Coupon or Gift Code" field. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you will find a separate section for your reward. There, you can select the desired size and color of the item and add it to your order before completing your purchase.

FAQ – Horze Club in Horze Stores

After creating a customer account in the online shop and registering for a Horze Club account, you can show and scan your Horze Club barcode at the checkout during payment. Your points will be credited to your Horze Club Wallet after the return period (45 days) has expired. Until then, your points will be visible in the "Pending Points" section. For more information on how to create a Horze Club account, see "How do I sign up for the Horze Club?"
You need your barcode to collect points in our Horze stores. You can have it scanned at the checkout to collect points for your purchase. You can find the barcode in your account under "My Horze Club ID" or in the Horze app under "Horze Club ID" in the account section.
No, you cannot redeem reward codes or points in our Horze stores. This is only possible online in our webshop. You will still receive your tier discount on your entire purchase and earn 1 point for every £1 spent (excluding products with the "Best Price" tag – see the product page).
