The Twin Lock System (TLS), the patented rigid chinstrap, has been completely redesigned to provide maximum stability and hold, previously exclusively the preserve of motorcycle helmets. The chinstrap in thermoplastic resin provides extended protection for the neck as the area covered is greater than that with customary helmets. The reinforcement that the chinstrap provides to the shell increases the resistance in the event of a side-on impact. The new Fidlock magnetic closure can be opened and closed quickly with one hand, which makes it much easier to use. The flexibility of the TLS provides additional comfort as it adjusts to the shape of each persons head.
