The Hore Cover eczema rug provides relief from summer eczema from neck to tail. Elastic around neck opening and neckline is comfortable on your horse's head and neck. The neck piece can easily be attached to a hood (#24874). The belly guad can be adjusted with girths, and closes with buckles at the spine. The tail strap is fastened with a hook-and-loop closure. Elastic around the legs keeps the rug in place.
